For a digital marketing organisation looking to improve their relevance to clients, building skills in empathy mapping was the pathway to capability building in customer understanding. Introducing behavioural economics and nudge concepts to students opened awareness and interest in deeper understanding of what drives behaviour. In this experiential session, participants were provided with a five step process to design for behaviour change.

Helping a team to address a significant challenge started with exploring and defining team behaviours. Ideal for discovering different perspectives, Lego® Serious Play® brought desired team behaviours to life. The physical models established a code and team manifesto as a foundation for how to work together.

Inspiring ASEAN not-for-profit leaders at the American Express Leadership Academy, the focus was on the approaches to enable perspective taking and precisely define challenges. The masterclass also shared inclusive methods for engaging teams in ideation.
