RESEARCH BASED ASSESSMENT

Grounded in research, FourSight® is a leading assessment tool. The 36-question survey is backed by 60 years of academic research and 20 years of scientific validation. The assessment measures cognitive preference, and is available in 10 languages.

Standing behind this insightful tool is a 70 year history of research into creativity, particularly through the International Center for study in Creativity, based in Buffalo, New York and the Creative Education Foundation. 

The FourSight® tool was originated by Gerard Puccio, Ph.D., Professor, International Center for Studies in Creativity, SUNY – Buffalo State.  As a creativity scholar he has written more than 60 articles, chapters and books.

FOURSIGHT MINDSET REVEAL

The “FourSight Mindset Reveal” is a group training session that dives deep into the way people solve problems together. Content-rich, fun and immediately actionable, this engaging session introduces people to the mindset they need to spark and sustain more innovative problem solving.

Teams analyze their group profile and learn to leverage the cognitive diversity of fellow members. Hands-on activities promote insights that help participants anticipate strengths and blind spots when they collaborate with others.
