The importance of creative thinking is reinforced through Government policy initiatives and the widespread adoption of design thinking across industries. Even so, establishing the conditions for teams and individuals to overcome opposing forces both within ourselves (cognitive biases) and in our environment (pressure for productivity, group dynamics) requires development of our creative thinking skills and creative confidence.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a play based approach to solving problems. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® helps your team tap into hidden understanding, using “hand knowledge.” Being hands-on and inclusive, LEGO® models help visualize issues or ideas, and overcome the barriers that often occur in group settings.
BEHAVIOURAL INSIGHT CAPABILITY BUILDING
Ensuring that innovation is human-centered, we help build your team’s skills in behavioural insights, and develop sustained insightfulness. Learning is hands-on, from customer immersions and observations, to insights coaching and decoding workshops, to insight capture using tools such as empathy maps.
WORKSHOPS & DIGITAL FACILITATION
